India and Tucumán explore healthcare and pharmaceutical cooperation

The Indian Ambassador to Argentina, Ajaneesh Kumar, met with the Minister of Public Health of Tucumán, Dr. Luis Medina Ruiz, to explore cooperation and commercial ties in the healthcare sector. The discussions focused on finding ways to access medicines, vaccines, medical equipment, and sanitary supplies at lower costs.

The meeting followed a prior discussion between Ambassador Kumar and Governor Osvaldo Jaldo. Minister Medina Ruiz emphasized the potential benefits of establishing links with India, noting the country’s strong pharmaceutical and technological industries. He stated that such an approach could expand the local health system's capacity to provide essential technology and medication to the population.
