India banking sector releases SBI CBO results, extends IBPS recruitment deadline

The State Bank of India (SBI) announced the provisional final result for its Circle Based Officer (CBO) recruitment (advertisement No. CRPD/CBO/2025-26/18) on 24 July 2026. The result lists roll numbers of candidates selected after interviews held in July, with the PDF of the list available on the bank’s careers portal.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) extended the application deadline for its 2026 recruitment drive, which offers 6,715 Probationary Officer (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) posts, from 21 July to 26 July 2026. Candidates must meet eligibility criteria including a bachelor's degree, age 20‑30, and computer literacy, and will sit for preliminary exams on 22‑23 August and main exams on 4 October.
