India educational recruitment: job openings and exam updates

Several educational and recruitment notifications have been issued in India. Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) in Vadodara is seeking an Assistant Placement Officer on an 11-month contract, offering a monthly remuneration between Rs. 80,000 and Rs. 1,00,000.

In Chhattisgarh, the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam) has released admit cards for the Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination (LSAT26). The written exam for 2,292 vacancies is scheduled for October 11, 2026.

Additionally, the Directorate of Public Instruction in Chhattisgarh has announced recruitment for 1,812 contractual academic and non-academic positions within the Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium Schools (SAGES). These roles include Lecturer, Headmaster, and Assistant Teacher, with monthly honorariums ranging from Rs. 22,400 to Rs. 38,100. Selection will be conducted via a Computer Based Test scheduled for late October or early November 2026.
