India launches Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2027

The Government of India has launched the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027, a national initiative designed to engage youth in the country's development vision. The program aims to harness the creativity and leadership of individuals aged 15 to 29 to contribute innovative solutions for the nation's future.

Participants enter the program through a multi-stage selection process starting with the Viksit Bharat Quiz, followed by an essay challenge, district championships, and state or union territory levels. The initiative features six major tracks: the Viksit Bharat Challenge, Cultural Track, Design for Bharat, Hack for Social Cause, Youth Entrepreneurs Challenge, and Youth Parliament.

The national-level dialogue is scheduled to take place in New Delhi from January 10 to 12, 2027. Registration and participation in the initial quiz phase can be completed through the MY Bharat Portal, with a deadline of September 30, 2026. Winners may receive opportunities to interact with the Prime Minister.
