India opens over 200 government recruitment positions in Uttarakhand and Delhi

The Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board (UKMSSB) issued a notification for 196 Nursing Officer posts (female and male) in the state. Eligible candidates must hold a B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification, be registered with the Uttarakhand or Indian Nursing Council, and be between 21 and 42 years old. Applications are accepted online from 12 June to 2 July 2026, with pay at Pay Level‑07 (₹44,900‑₹1,42,400 per month) and related allowances.

The Delhi Cantonment Board announced recruitment for nine engineering vacancies – Assistant Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) and Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical). Candidates need a degree or diploma in the relevant discipline and must be aged 21‑30. The online application window runs from 15 July to 14 August 2026. Salary ranges from Pay Level‑6 (₹35,400‑₹1,12,400) to Pay Level‑7 (₹44,900‑₹1,42,400) with standard allowances.
