India OTT platforms roll out new series and reality shows on June 26

Streaming services in India added a slate of new titles on June 26. Netflix debuted the documentary series "Baahubali: The Torchbearer," featuring director S.S. Rajamouli, star Prabhas and Rana Daggubati as they recount the making of the blockbuster franchise. Amazon Prime Video launched the competitive reality show "Alliance," hosted by Kunal Kemmu and starring celebrities such as Ravi Kishan, Mini Mathur and Niti Taylor. Sony LIV introduced the family drama "Perfect Family," following the Karkaria household as they undergo therapy to resolve personal issues. Netflix also released the comedy film "Little Brother" starring John Cena and Eric Andre. Lionsgate Play streamed the period thriller "This Is Not a Murder Mystery," set during the 1936 International Surrealist Exhibition and starring Pierre Gervais and Donna Banya. Additional regional releases include Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam series across platforms such as JioHotstar, Zee5 and ManoramaMax, covering genres from action‑drama to sports drama.
