India police investigate dangerous social media stunts

Multiple incidents of dangerous stunts for social media have been reported in India. In Sonamarg, Jammu and Kashmir, a group of youths attempted to film a reel by driving an SUV into the Sindh River. The vehicle became stuck in the strong current, necessitating a rescue operation by local residents and police.

In Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, police are investigating a viral video showing individuals performing stunts from moving vehicles. The footage depicts youths leaning halfway out of car windows while the vehicles are driven at high speeds and swerved across the road. Authorities are currently using vehicle registration numbers to identify the individuals involved in the Dumna Road and Vijay Nagar areas.
