India recruitment: Supreme Court and Delhi University announce vacancies

The Supreme Court of India has announced 65 tentative vacancies for Senior Personal Assistant positions in New Delhi. Eligible Indian citizens can apply online from October 20, 2026, until November 10, 2026. Candidates must hold a degree from a recognized Indian university, possess English shorthand proficiency of 110 words per minute, and have a computer typing speed of 40 words per minute. The selection process will involve an objective examination, shorthand and typing tests, and an interview.

Separately, the University of Delhi has notified 126 non-teaching vacancies, including 46 Senior Assistant and 80 Assistant posts. Applications are open from October 23 to November 9 via the university's official website. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, with specific work experience mandates for each role. The age limit is set at 35 years for Senior Assistants and 32 years for Assistants.
