India U19 squads announced for upcoming Australia series

The Indian Men’s Selection Committee has announced the Under-19 squads for an upcoming home series against Australia. The tour will consist of three One-Day matches followed by two four-day multi-day fixtures.

Aaryavir Sehwag, son of Virender Sehwag, and Anvay Dravid, son of Rahul Dravid, have both been selected for the 50-over One-Day series. However, neither player will participate in the subsequent multi-day red-ball encounters.

Leadership duties will be split between two players across the formats. Lakshya Raichandani will captain the One-Day series with Yashbardhan Chauhan as deputy. For the multi-day fixtures, the roles will reverse, with Chauhan serving as captain and Raichandani as vice-captain.

The One-Day matches and the first multi-day fixture are scheduled to take place in Rajkot, while the second multi-day match will be held in Ahmedabad.
