Indian actors showcase traditional and modern festive fashion

Indian actors Avneet Kaur and Khushi Kapoor have highlighted diverse approaches to festive and traditional fashion through recent ensembles.

Avneet Kaur featured a heavily embellished golden blouse paired with a shimmery brown-toned skirt and matching dupatta. The outfit, noted for its high neckline and contemporary back-cut design, blends traditional Indian styling with modern elements. The look was completed with statement jhumka earrings and a traditional makeup style.

Khushi Kapoor opted for a modern take on heritage textiles, wearing a Banarasi silk set from Anita Dongre’s Rewild 2026 collection. The champagne-hued ensemble, consisting of a cropped long-sleeved shirt and a mini skirt, featured wildflower brocade motifs woven with light-gold zari. The handwoven set was created by master artisans in Varanasi over a period of 45 days.
