Several prominent Indian actresses have highlighted traditional ethnic wear through recent fashion appearances.

Kareena Kapoor Khan featured a sindoori-red Bandhani suit consisting of a long kurta, matching pants, and a flowing dupatta, accessorized with statement jhumkas and a red bindi. Khushi Kapoor presented contemporary takes on festive attire, including a gold Benarasi silk skirt set by Anita Dongre and a custom royal blue and purple gown by Arpita Mehta.
