Indian and Malaysian Air Forces begin Exercise Udara Shakti 2026

The Indian Air Force (IAF) and the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) have commenced Exercise Udara Shakti 2026 at Subang Airbase in Malaysia. The bilateral engagement is designed to strengthen defense cooperation and operational engagement between the two nations.

Participants are engaged in joint field training activities, subject coaching, and Subject Matter Expert exchanges. These activities aim to improve operational understanding, share best practices, and enhance interoperability. By training in a structured environment, personnel from both air forces gain familiarity with each other’s procedures, practices, and approaches to air operations to ensure effective coordination during future missions.
