Indian companies announce 2026 apprenticeship recruitment

Two Indian state-linked organizations have announced apprenticeship recruitment programs for 2026.

Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) is offering 300 graduate and diploma apprentice positions for the 2026-27 program. The vacancies include 150 engineering graduate apprentices, 100 non-engineering graduate apprentices, and 50 diploma apprentices. Eligible candidates must have graduated between 2022 and 2026. The selection process will be based on merit and seniority rather than a written examination. The application deadline is August 16, 2026.

Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has invited applications for 139 graduate and technician apprentice seats. The program includes 61 graduate apprentice roles and 78 technician or diploma apprentice roles. This recruitment is specifically for candidates with a Kerala domicile who graduated between 2022 and 2026. Applications must be submitted via the national NATS portal by September 1, 2026.
