Indian companies announce IPO filings, acquisitions, and major contracts
Several Indian companies have announced significant corporate developments. Claroid Pharmaceuticals Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO to fund a new manufacturing facility for injectables and other products.
In the pharmaceutical sector, Natco Pharma has approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 1,279.35 crore by issuing equity shares. Additionally, diagnostic provider Dr Lal PathLabs has approved the acquisition of a 70 percent stake in Gujarat-based SN Genelab for approximately Rs 168 crore to enhance its genomics expertise.
In the technology sector, Genesys International Corporation has secured a Rs 283 crore World Bank-funded contract to develop a 3D digital map platform for Ahmedabad, a project aimed at strengthening urban delivery and infrastructure management.
