Indian companies Sunshine Pictures, ESDS Software, and Rays of Belief announce market moves

Several Indian companies are making significant moves in the public markets. Sunshine Pictures, a film and television production company, saw its shares debut on the NSE at ₹395.90, representing a nearly 10% premium over its ₹360 issue price. The IPO was highly sought after, receiving an overall subscription of 105.8 times.

Other upcoming offerings include ESDS Software Solution Ltd, an AI-enabled cloud and data center provider, which has set a price band of ₹408-429 for its ₹720-crore IPO scheduled to open on August 28. Additionally, Rays of Belief Ltd, a social enterprise providing interventions for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, will launch its IPO on September 1 with a price band of ₹227-239 per share.
