Indian Embassy in UAE appoints Al Hind Tours as new passport and visa service provider

The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi announced that Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC will become the outsourced provider for Indian passport, visa and other consular services across the United Arab Emirates. The change follows a tender process and will take effect on 1 July 2026. Until 30 June 2026, the current providers BLS International Services Ltd and SGIVS Global will continue processing applications.

From 1 July 2026, all new applications must be submitted at the 16 centres operated by Al Hind Tours, covering six locations in Abu Dhabi, two in Dubai, two in Sharjah and one each in Ajman, Fujairh, Umm Al Quwain, Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Ras Al Khaimah. Applicants are urged to rely on official embassy communications for guidance.

The transition aims to ensure uninterrupted, high‑quality consular services for the Indian diaspora in the UAE.
