Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana film trailer to launch worldwide on July 24

The makers of the upcoming Indian epic Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Yash as Ravana and Sai Pallavi as Sita, have announced that the film’s first full theatrical trailer will premiere worldwide on 24 July 2026. The launch will be streamed globally after a preview event at Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam on 18 July, and will be showcased at San Diego Comic‑Con on 23 July (3:15 PM PDT) in Ballroom 20.

Promotional plans also include a four‑day media tour in China, with a press event at the Pingyao International Film Festival and screenings during China’s Golden Week, signalling a potential Chinese theatrical release. The two‑part saga is scheduled for theatrical release in India during Diwali 2026 (Part I) and Diwali 2027 (Part II). The production, backed by Prime Focus Studios and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, boasts a budget exceeding ₹4,000 crore, VFX by Oscar‑winning DNEG, and a music partnership between Hans Zimmer and A. R. Rahman. A statement shared by the team reads, “From Bharat to the world… The Ramayana trailer premieres worldwide on 24th July.”
