Indian horror film LUPT to debut on WAVES OTT streaming platform

The Hindi supernatural thriller LUPT, starring Jaaved Jaaferi, Vijay Raaz, Karan Aanand, Meenakshi Dixit, Rishabh Chadha and Niki Aneja Walia and directed by Prabhuraj, is set to stream exclusively on the WAVES OTT platform. The film, originally released in 2018 and inspired by a true story and the 2003 horror movie Dead End, follows businessman Harsh Tandon whose family vacation turns into a terrifying nightmare as past secrets emerge.

Both reports confirm a digital release in the coming weeks, with one noting a launch on 31 July 2026 and another scheduling the debut for 31 October 2026 to coincide with Halloween. The streaming availability offers the movie a second life and aims to reach viewers who missed its theatrical run, highlighting the growing demand for Indian horror content on OTT services.
