Indian leaders commemorate Azad Hind Fauj establishment day

Several Indian political leaders, including Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, paid tribute to the brave soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj (INA) on its foundation day.

Nitin Gadkari honored the martyrs who fought for India's independence. Manohar Lal noted that the INA, under the leadership of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, declared India's independence by hoisting the tricolor in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in 1943. Shivraj Singh Chouhan highlighted the significant role played by the INA in the struggle for freedom, while Yogi Adityanath described the day as a reminder of the indomitable resolve that gave the aspiration for independence a voice through armed struggle.
