Indian teen star Vaibhav Suryavanshi vows to play all three cricket formats

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the 15‑year‑old batsman who burst onto the IPL stage with the Rajasthan Royals, announced that his ambition is to represent India in Tests, One‑Day Internationals and Twenty‑20s, rejecting the label of a T20‑only specialist.

He explained that he already trains regularly with the red ball and will modify his aggressive approach to suit each format’s requirements. His youth achievements include two U‑19 test centuries, the fastest U‑19 test hundred, and a record‑breaking IPL season of 776 runs with 72 sixes, which earned him a senior India call‑up for tours of Ireland and England and selection in the Asian Games 2026 T20 squad.
