Indian Universities Announce 2026 Faculty Vacancies

KD University in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, has opened a large recruitment drive for academic and non‑teaching positions. The university seeks professors, associate professors, assistant professors, senior residents and various administrative staff across pre‑clinical, paraclinical, medical, surgical, super‑specialty and nursing departments. Applications must be submitted online by 13 August 2026.

The University of Delhi has issued two separate notices for 86 teaching posts, including 56 associate‑professor and 30 professor positions in nine departments such as Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Genetics, Geology, Hindi, Linguistics, Operational Research, Philosophy and Zoology. Candidates must hold a PhD and meet research‑score criteria, with online applications due by 20 August 2026.
