Indian Universities Open Guest Faculty Recruitment for 2026

Pondicherry University’s Sri Vijaya Puram Campus in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands has issued a notification for five Guest Faculty positions in its Department of Management Studies. The posts cover Accounting & Finance, Operations, Systems, Marketing and Human Resources. Applicants must meet UGC qualifications for regular Assistant Professors, and the honorarium is ₹1,500 per lecture, capped at ₹50,000 per month. Applications are to be submitted by 17 July 2026.

Panjab University has released a separate recruitment call for two Guest Faculty posts. The positions also follow UGC norms and offer the same remuneration of ₹1,500 per lecture (maximum ₹50,000 per month). Interested candidates must apply offline, sending completed forms by post before 27 July 2026.
