Indian Youth Congress leaders mark Foundation Day

Indian National Congress leaders marked the Foundation Day of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) by emphasizing the organization's role in representing young citizens and defending constitutional values.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge described the IYC as a "powerful voice for young India" that fights against injustice and hatred. He called for the amplification of young voices to help shape a future based on equality and opportunity.

General Secretary K C Venugopal also extended greetings, noting that the IYC has served as a platform for many talented leaders throughout its history. Venugopal criticized the current administration in New Delhi, labeling it an "anti-youth regime" and asserting that the IYC is increasingly relevant in advocating for the security and concerns of India's youth.
