Indiana volleyball highlights local and collegiate talent

In Indiana high school volleyball, sophomore middle hitter Rebekah Linn has emerged as a key player for Greenwood. Following her participation in the Indiana Preps Volleyball Winter Showcase, Linn has led the Woodmen in kills per set, hitting percentage, and total blocks through late September. Her performance includes a notable match against Monrovia where she recorded 14 kills and nine solo blocks.

At the collegiate level, the Indiana University women's volleyball team enters Big Ten play with a 7-2 record and a No. 18 national ranking. Despite facing challenges from injuries and NCAA eligibility issues affecting key attackers Avry Tatum and Izzy Clark, the Hoosiers have maintained a five-match winning streak. Head coach Steve Aird noted that the team's challenging non-conference schedule has prepared them for the upcoming conference season.
