Indianapolis Colts face quarterback scrutiny and trade rumors

Following a 16-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings that dropped their season record to 2-5, Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen has expressed continued confidence in quarterback Daniel Jones. Despite a performance where Jones completed 59.1% of his passes for 108 yards and an interception, Steichen stated he has not considered a quarterback change, citing his faith in the veteran.

Simultaneously, the Colts are facing speculation regarding potential roster changes. Trade proposals have surfaced involving defensive tackle Grover Stewart, with suggestions of a move to the Carolina Panthers. Additionally, reports have discussed the possibility of star running back Jonathan Taylor being traded to the New York Giants as the team navigates a difficult season.
