Indianapolis Colts face scrutiny following loss to Tennessee Titans

The Indianapolis Colts are facing significant scrutiny following a Week 6 loss to the winless Tennessee Titans. Despite leading 13-0 at halftime, the Colts allowed 20 unanswered points, leading to criticisms regarding the performance of head coach Shane Steichen and the roster's overall direction.

Colts owner and CEO Carlie Irsay-Gordon has expressed a sense of urgency heading into the season, though recent play has raised questions about the leadership of general manager Chris Ballard. While Irsay-Gordon has been noted for her hands-on approach and commitment to learning the game by taking notes on the sidelines, the team's recent offensive struggles and loss to a bottom-ranked opponent have intensified pressure for potential organizational changes.
