Indianapolis Colts hold workouts for edge rushers Lawson, Ojabo, and Smith

The Indianapolis Colts held workouts for three veteran edge rushers on Wednesday: Carl Lawson, David Ojabo, and Preston Smith. The team is looking to bolster its defensive end depth following the placement of Micheal Clemons on injured reserve.

Preston Smith, 33, brings 11 NFL seasons of experience, including a recent stint with the Washington Commanders. Carl Lawson, 31, previously played under the Colts' defensive coordinator in Cincinnati and most recently appeared in one game for the Baltimore Ravens. David Ojabo, 26, is a former second-round pick out of Michigan who has previously played for the Ravens.
