IndianOil Chairman discusses India's energy journey at IIM Bangalore

IndianOil Chairman A S Sahney delivered a lecture at the 53rd Foundation Day of IIM Bangalore regarding ‘India’s Energy Journey: IndianOil’s Role in Securing Energy, Navigating Geopolitics and Building Resilience’.

Sahney emphasized that India’s progress toward ‘Viksit Bharat’ relies on the collective strength of institutions, including industry, infrastructure, research, and academia. He highlighted the importance of people-centric leadership and building resilient teams to overcome future challenges.

During his address, Sahney noted the connection between IndianOil and national success, citing the Indian women’s hockey team’s recent Asian Games gold medal victory, noting that half of the players are IndianOil employees.
