India’s AI Adoption Accelerates Across Industries
Adobe Research reports that India is emerging as a leading early adopter of artificial‑intelligence tools. In its AI Adoption survey, 63 % of Indian creators and IT professionals described themselves as “innovators”, outpacing Australia (42 %) and South Korea (43 %). Respondents also showed high trust in AI, with 79 % confident in the accuracy of AI outputs, and they experimented with an average of 4.4 AI platforms—including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Meta AI, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity AI.
In the Indian online gambling sector, operators are integrating AI to enhance security, personalize player experiences and improve customer support. AI‑driven fraud‑prevention systems flag suspicious transactions, assist KYC/AML checks with facial‑recognition and reduce losses estimated at $2.8 billion globally. Personalisation engines, such as 888casino’s ORBIT platform, tailor game recommendations and promotions to individual player habits, boosting engagement and retention. AI‑augmented chatbots provide round‑the‑clock assistance, freeing human agents for complex queries, while responsible‑gaming tools monitor player behaviour to promote safer gambling.
