India's BHU and BRABU Publish 2026 Admission Cutoffs

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) released the Round 2 cutoff for its Combined Allotment Program (CAP‑UG) 2026‑27 on 6 August 2026. The cutoff reflects the minimum CUET‑UG score at which the last candidate secured a seat after the first round of counselling. Scores are generally lower than Round 1, and candidates can view their results and seat allotment by logging into the official BHU admission portal or the BHU‑CUET Samarth site using their CUET application number.

B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) published its fifth provisional merit list for the UG CBCS session 2026‑30 on 5 August 2026. The list, available on the university’s admission page, provides subject‑wise rankings for B.A., B.Com and B.Sc. programmes across a wide range of disciplines. Students can download the PDF, locate their name or application number, and follow the university’s instructions for subsequent admission steps.
