India's C‑MET and CSIR‑IMMT announce 2026 research fellow recruitment walk‑in interviews

The Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C‑MET) released a notice for a single Project Fellow vacancy. Candidates must be 28 years or younger with a first‑class M.Sc. in Chemistry or Materials Science, or equivalent B.Tech/BE or M.Tech qualifications in related engineering fields. The walk‑in interview is scheduled for 04 August 2026, with a stipend of ₹31,000‑₹40,300 per month.

The CSIR‑Institute of Minerals & Materials Technology (CSIR‑IMMT) in Bhubaneswar published provisional screening results for 34 post codes covering Project Associate‑I/II, Project Assistant‑II, Project Fellow and Junior Research Fellow positions. Out of 686 applications, 619 candidates were shortlisted for walk‑in interviews on 28‑29 July 2026 at the S.S. Bhatnagar Hall, Bhubaneswar.
