India research institutes NIT Delhi and BRIC THSTI announce recruitment drives

The National Institute of Technology Delhi (NIT Delhi) has opened a walk‑in interview for a single Junior Research Fellow position on an ISRO‑funded project developing meta‑material based antenna structures to mitigate radio‑frequency blackout during vehicle re‑entry. Candidates must hold a PG degree in basic science or a professional course, meet eligibility criteria such as CSIR‑UGC NET, GATE or equivalent, and be no older than 28 years. The interview is scheduled for 19 August 2026.

The BRIC Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (BRIC THSTI) released six contract vacancies covering roles such as Assistant Data Manager, Project Technical Support, Statistical Programmer and Project Research Scientist. Walk‑in selections will run from 10 to 17 August 2026, with salaries ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹82,000 plus HRA. Applicants need relevant graduate or postgraduate qualifications in computer applications, statistics, bioinformatics or life sciences, and appropriate experience for each post.
