India's Primary Market Readies for Wave of IPOs

India's primary market is set for a busy period with three mainboard IPOs launching next week. Manipal Health Enterprises will raise about ₹9,275 crore through a fresh issue of ₹8,000 crore and an OFS of ₹1,275 crore, with subscription running July 29‑31 and listing slated for August 5. Renewable‑energy developer Juniper Green Energy plans a ₹1,800 crore fresh‑issue IPO from July 30 to August 3, while railway‑equipment maker MV Electrosystems targets a ₹290 crore IPO over the same dates. SME issuers Dhaval Packaging (₹36.36 crore) and Fusion Klassroom Edutech (₹39.04 crore) also join the calendar.

In August, more than a dozen companies are poised to raise over ₹25,000 crore, marking one of the country's busiest IPO months. Fast‑commerce platform Zepto aims for up to ₹8,010 crore, including an offer‑for‑sale of 11.34 crore shares. Logistics firm Shiprocket targets ₹2,342.35 crore, Truhome Finance ₹3,000 crore, Elevate Campuses ₹2,550 crore, and dairy brand Milky Mist ₹1,553 crore. Additional issuers such as Innovatiview India (₹2,000 crore OFS) further expand the pipeline, offering investors a broad sectoral mix from tech and logistics to renewable energy and consumer goods.
