A Savills India report said the country's premium residential market remained broadly balanced in the first half of 2026, with capital values rising year‑on‑year by up to 28% in key cities. Mumbai saw a 10‑15% increase, Noida 4‑28%, Gurugram around 2% and Bengaluru 3‑11%. Growth was driven by higher construction costs, supply‑chain disruptions, and sustained demand from affluent buyers, NRIs and professionals, while limited ready‑stock and strong rental fundamentals supported price appreciation.

In parallel, developer Signature Global announced Q1 FY27 pre‑sales of INR 19.7 billion, a 25% quarter‑on‑quarter rise. The company highlighted the launch of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road, noting strong market response. Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal said the project “reflects a strong appetite for branded homes that provide an elevated lifestyle and a sense of exclusivity.” Both reports point to a continued shift toward quality‑led demand and institutionalisation of India's luxury residential segment.
