Indie developers announce new co-op titles Grave Mistakes and The Royal Restoration Society

Indie game developers have announced two new cooperative multiplayer titles. Happy Volcano, published by Oro Interactive, is developing Grave Mistakes, a horror-themed comedy game. In this title, up to four players manage a funeral home called Good Mourning. Players must prepare bodies for ceremonies while simultaneously fulfilling the dietary demands of a cannibalistic grandmother by using body parts as food.

Separately, US-based developer Dead Possum Games announced The Royal Restoration Society. Set in a medieval kingdom, the game tasks players with cleaning and redecorating Castle Marmosa. Players can engage in solo play or online co-op to organize items such as jewelry, weapons, and armor across various themed rooms. The game features a skill tree for utility abilities and is scheduled for a late 2026 launch, with wishlisting currently available on Steam.
