Indie developers release new roguelite game demos on Steam

Several indie developers have released new playable demos on Steam for upcoming roguelite titles.

Tenkarider and publisher Tambù Digital have launched the final pre-release demo for Lostbound, a Zelda-inspired action RPG. The game features a dark, decaying world where players must manage resources and navigate a map that changes based on their movements. Players face a pursuing entity known as The Hand and must return to the surface before nightfall to avoid capture. The demo allows players to experience core mechanics and underground dungeon exploration ahead of the full launch.

Additionally, Mongma Studio has released a free demo for Revenant Survivors, a dark fantasy survivors-like action roguelite. The demo covers Chapters 1 through 3, allowing players to control the Dark Knight. The gameplay focuses on evolving attacks, skills, and powers through relics and level-ups. A unique mechanic allows players to usurp the bodies of defeated bosses to unlock them as new playable characters with distinct combat structures.
