Indie developers release retro-inspired games Heatwarped and Duskfade

Indie developer Team Sealime has revealed Heatwarped, an open-world racing game inspired by the arcade-style street racers of the early 2000s. Set in the city of Ratfield, the game features car customization, neon aesthetics, and a retro-style PDA for organizing races. A playable demo is currently available via Steam and the developer's website.

Additionally, the 3D platformer Duskfade has been released by developer Weird Baluga and publisher FireShine Games. Designed with a nostalgic aesthetic reminiscent of the PlayStation 2 era, the game follows a protagonist named Zirian through a dimension-shifting adventure following a mysterious explosion in Tick Town.
