Indifly invests in CGreen to develop AI-powered loan resolution infrastructure

Indifly has announced a strategic investment in CGreen, an AI-led loan resolution and borrower intelligence company. The partnership aims to modernize India’s debt recovery infrastructure, specifically targeting Tier 3 and lower markets where dependable on-ground collections are often limited.

The investment is intended to expand CGreen’s technology platform and strengthen its on-ground resolution network. By utilizing AI, Voice AI, and field intelligence, the company seeks to provide lenders—including banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and fintechs—with better visibility into overdue cases. A primary goal of the technology is to distinguish between borrowers who lack the intent to pay and those who lack the financial ability to pay, allowing for more informed and appropriate recovery decisions.
