Indio Solari's estate succession process begins in Morón

The judicial succession process for Carlos Alberto ‘Indio Solari’ Solari has formally begun in Morón, Argentina. Initiated by his son, Bruno Solari, on August 27, the case is being handled by Judge Graciela Laura Barbieri at Civil Court No. 10 under a reserved status.

The estate includes various assets such as his residence in Parque Leloir, musical rights, and several registered trademarks. Notable assets include the ‘Luzbola’ studio brand, the ‘Indio y los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado’ brand, and a stake in Erks S.A., a company that manages the rights to the name ‘Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota’ alongside Skay Beilinson and Carmen ‘La Negra Poli’ Castro.

In addition to physical and intellectual property, the succession must address outstanding legal liabilities. This includes civil lawsuits filed by victims of the 2017 Olavarría concert, a tragic event involving the band Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado that resulted in two deaths and hundreds of injuries.
