Inditex reaches record stock market valuation

Inditex has achieved a historic milestone on the Spanish stock market, with its share price surpassing the 60 euro mark for the first time. This surge brings the company's valuation to approximately 187 billion euros.

The stock saw significant gains following the US midterm election results, climbing nearly 7% over a two-day period. This movement breaks previous records held by the textile giant, which had previously peaked around 59 euros per share.

Under the leadership of President Marta Ortega and CEO Óscar García Maceiras, the company has seen substantial growth. Since Ortega assumed the presidency, shares have increased by approximately 200%, rising from the 20 euro range to their current record levels.
