Individual profiles of convicted persons in Norway

Recent reports highlight the lives of two individuals in Norway following legal proceedings and incarceration.

Marius Borg Høiby, 29, is currently residing at Skaugum under electronic monitoring via an ankle bracelet. His friend and Subjekt editor, Danby Choi, recently visited him, noting that Høiby has been spending his time at home. Choi, who previously testified as a witness during Høiby's trial, maintains a friendship with him despite the fallout of that testimony on Høiby's relationship with his former partner, Nora Haukland.

Separately, Hans Marius, a man from Jessheim who gained public attention through the NRK series ‘Leo og de farlige’, is adjusting to life after parole. Previously sentenced to 15 years of preventive detention for attempted murder of family members, he was released on parole in March. He is currently focusing on reintegration through work and fitness, while navigating personal relationships and the challenges of transitioning to civilian life.
