IndocPolls survey ranks Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya as top performing official

A recent survey by the Indonesia Center for Politics and Law Studies (IndocPolls) evaluates the performance of ministers and agency heads during the first two years of President Prabowo Subianto’s administration. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya received the highest public approval rating at 15.8 percent. Analysts attribute this to his strategic role in coordinating between ministries and his ability to communicate government policies, noting his close proximity to the President.

Minister of Agriculture Amran Sulaiman followed with 13.6 percent, credited for his efforts toward national food self-sufficiency. Other high-ranking officials include Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu’ti (6.5 percent), State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi (5.2 percent), and Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin (3.8 percent).

At the bottom of the rankings, Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Nusron Wahid received only 0.17 percent. The low rating is reportedly linked to public scrutiny regarding corruption cases within the ATR/BPN environment and his reported absences from KPK investigations.
