The coal was linked to an alleged corruption case involving mining management irregularities at PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, spanning the years 2016 to 2025. The seized assets included 171,107 metric tons located at the PT Artha Contractors jetty and 66,000 metric tons situated on 15 barges in the Barito Selatan Regency area.
PT DIOR, represented by Director Agni, was declared the winning bidder. After accounting for a 3 percent buyer's auction fee of approximately Rp7.9 billion, the total obligation for the winner is Rp272 billion.
