Indonesia Badminton Association to Announce New Mixed Doubles Coach Soon

Vice‑Chairman Taufik Hidayat of the Persatuan Bulu Tangkis Seluruh Indonesia (PBSI) said the federation will announce a new head coach for the mixed doubles program within the coming week. The appointment follows PBSI’s recent decision to part ways with head coach Rionny Mainaky and assistant Amon Sunaryo as part of a broader coaching overhaul.

Candidates under consideration include both Indonesian and foreign coaches, though PBSI has not disclosed their identities. The federation aims to fill the vacancy promptly to maintain the national team’s competitiveness in international mixed doubles events.
