Indonesia banks offer KUR micro-loans for MSMEs in 2026

Several major Indonesian banks, including BNI, Mandiri, BRI, and BCA, are providing Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) programs in 2026 to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). These government-backed loan programs aim to provide accessible funding for working capital and productive investments.

The loans typically feature an effective annual interest rate of approximately 6 percent, or about 0.5 percent per month. Repayment tenors are flexible, ranging from 12 to 60 months (1 to 5 years). Loan limits vary by institution, with some programs offering up to Rp100 million and others up to Rp500 million.

To qualify, applicants generally must be Indonesian citizens, have an established business running for at least six months, and not be currently receiving KUR facilities from other banks. Required documentation typically includes an e-KTP, Family Card (KK), and business permits or certificates.
