Indonesia hosts D’CHAMP Charity Golf and Golfphoria 2026 tournaments

The D’CHAMP Charity Golf Tournament 2026 was played on 26 July at Riverside Golf Club in Depok. Organized by Pengusaha dan Profesional Nahdliyin (P2N) together with D’Champ Golf Club, the event drew 157 golfers from business, government and the golf community. Proceeds will fund youth golf development and support several pesantren, with prize packages that included cars and a cash award of Rp300 million.

A separate event, Golfphoria 2026, took place at Bali International Golf, featuring 312 participants under a reggae‑themed festival atmosphere. Building on a previous MURI record for Indonesia’s largest virtual golf tournament, organizers are seeking a Guinness World Record for the event. Both tournaments combined competition with charitable aims and attracted national figures and sponsors.
