Indonesia housing financing reaches Rp29.17 trillion in 2026

The Indonesian Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) reported that the realization of Housing Program Credit (KPP) or KUR Perumahan reached Rp29.17 trillion as of November 1, 2026. This amount has reached 119,790 debtors, representing 70.85 percent of the annual target.

Sri Haryati, the Director General of Urban Housing at the Ministry of PKP, stated that this progress is vital for supporting the national housing ecosystem. The ministry is working to optimize distribution through coordination with financial institutions to expand access and increase the capacity of housing sector businesses.

Separately, BP Tapera reported that the distribution of Home Ownership Loans (KPR) through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) reached 194,360 units as of October 31, 2026. This figure accounts for 55.53 percent of the 350,000 unit target for the year. BP Tapera officials indicated they are relying on increased distribution in the third and fourth quarters to meet annual goals.
