As the Prabowo-Gibran administration marks its second year, various reports highlight key policy achievements and public sentiment. In the energy sector, the government has successfully met oil lifting targets for the first time since 2016 and implemented a B40 biodiesel mandate that saved Rp130.21 trillion in foreign exchange in 2025, followed by the launch of the B50 mandate in July 2026. Additionally, 26 downstreaming projects worth Rp225 trillion have been prepared to strengthen domestic industry.

Legislatively, the Labor Protection Law was passed on October 6, 2026, which labor leaders claim accommodates 90 percent of worker aspirations. On the economic front, the Ministry of Cooperatives projects that the Merah Putih Village Cooperatives (Kopdes) could save households between Rp200,000 and Rp300,000 per month through subsidized commodity distribution.

Public perception remains mixed. A survey by Parameter Politik Indonesia (PPI) shows 65.4 percent of respondents are satisfied with the administration's performance, with Andi Amran Sulaiman, Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Erick Thohir recognized as top-performing officials. Conversely, an SMRC survey indicates a sharp decline in President Prabowo's electability, which dropped to 9.8 percent in October 2026 from 34.9 percent in November 2025.
