Indonesia police seize 21.4 kg meth at Entikong border and 421 g in Maros raid

Indonesian border security forces (Satgas Pamtas) arrested a 53‑year‑old Malaysian man, identified as MO, after finding 21.4 kg of methamphetamine packed in 20 bundles at the Entikong crossing in West Kalimantan. The suspect had entered Indonesia with valid travel documents, then used an illegal forest route to transport the drugs and was also linked to a Malaysian‑registered vehicle seized during the operation.

In a separate operation in Mandai district, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, police raided a rented house and seized 421 g of methamphetamine, a digital weighing scale, and a mobile phone containing transaction records. Two male suspects, aged 28 and 20, were detained. Investigators said the supply originated outside Maros and was intended for distribution in Maros, Bone and surrounding areas.
