Indonesia youth football teams defeat Uzbekistan 6-4 in friendly matches

The Indonesia U-17 and U-16 national football teams secured victories against Uzbekistan in friendly matches held at Pakansari Stadium in Bogor on Monday, August 24, 2026. Both squads achieved a 6-4 scoreline in their respective encounters.

These matches serve as long-term preparation for the 2027 AFC U-17 Asian Cup Qualifiers. The Indonesian youth teams are currently under the guidance of Portuguese coach David Nascimento, who took over the role following a restructuring of the coaching staff by PSSI.
